Sophie Rees RVN GradDip VN – Practice Director (Currently on maternity leave)

Sophie is a Registered Veterinary Nurse with over 17 years experience.

In 2018 Sophie graduated from the Royal Veterinary College with a Graduate Diploma in Professional and Clinical Veterinary Nursing (GradDip VN) which is an advanced qualification and gave Sophie in-depth knowledge in medical nursing, emergency and critical care and diagnostic imaging. As a clinical nurse Sophie particularly enjoys both medical nursing and nursing consultations, she loves how this provides a varied role and facilitates 1:1 contact with you and your pets.

Sophie has a lot of experience in management, professional development, practice growth and clinical governance. Sophie joined the team at Selworthy as Practice Director in 2024 and is looking forward to working with the team to build a culture of continual improvement, as we strive to provide the best care for you and your pets.
