Accredited Practice

We are proud to be a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Practice Standards Scheme. As an accredited practice, we have passed a thorough assessment performed by the RCVS in all areas including patient care, hygiene and health and safety.

Our animals are important members of the family and owners rightly want to be sure they receive excellent medical treatment. But how can you be sure?

The inspection focuses on a range of standards such as hygiene, legal standards and health and safety. We are also required to have a range of diagnostic facilities which we have over and above those required by the RCVS for the Practice Standards scheme. These include ECG, ultrasound and digital X-Ray facilities along with in house laboratory diagnostic equipment.

What does all this mean for you and your animals?

Our practice will be re inspected every 4 years and will be subject to spot checks in the meantime, so we will always keep everything up to standard. The RCVS accreditation ensures that we offer high quality care in the parts of the practice you can see as well as those you can’t.
